If your inquiry is brief, I may not reply or I will tell you; your information was rather vague. I do not schedule appointments for a first time visit without you filling out the questionnaire first. Please note: A Provider reference can include: Massage Therapist or ASP (Adult Service Provider/ Escort/ Tantrika/Courtesan), this is someone who will vouch for you. If you do not have a reference, just say so. I will then suggest other ideas for verification. I am a LMT and in order to avoid a client intake form, (form you fill out at the Doctors office), I have included some questions about your medical history. This is to insure both of us, that it is safe to give you a massage. I love to receive photos of you gents.. If you decide to send a photo; please know that I do not keep them and please make sure the photos are of your face or whole body; nothing more than PG 13 - R rated. If you send me a pic of your members only, guess what will happen to your email request? Once you have pre-screened through the Questionnaire: I can then accept short notice appointments from you.
